What I Do

As a Senior Project Manager

  • Plan and manage operational policies and strategies at the project/program level
  • Develop project plans, define project approach, scheduling, and contingency plans as needed
  • Ensure that the required statistical reporting is completed and disseminated as appropriate
  • Oversee and take responsibility for project/program-level quality control and performance management
  • Manage project budgets and be accountable for maintaining agreed profit margins
  • Oversee the change management process and participate in the change control board activities
  • Ensure projects are delivered with agreed governance
  • Oversee project-level invoicing and collections

As a Scrum Master

  • Organize relevant people for resolving issues and bottlenecks
  • Manages team members and personal aspects
  • Provide assistance to technical leadership to ensure people aspects don’t hinder Sprint Deliverables
  • Setup and configuration of SCRUM management tool, backlog, spring planning, KPIs, and reports
  • Decompose more complex problems and processes into logical parts
  • Deal between the development team and Product Owner
